1. Refund Eligibility

- Corrupted File: The downloaded file is corrupted and cannot be opened, and we cannot provide a working replacement
- Significantly Different Product: The product is significantly different from what was described on the website
- Technical Incompatibility: The product cannot be opened on any standard PDF reader and we cannot provide an alternative format
1.2 Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after purchase
- Product already downloaded
- Dissatisfaction with content quality (subjective opinion)
- Inability to implement strategies (results vary by individual)
- Purchased wrong product by mistake (contact us for exchange)
- Request made after 7 days of purchase

3. How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Gather Information
Collect your order number, email address used for purchase, and reason for refund request.

Step 3: Provide Details
Include: Order number, email used for purchase, product name, detailed reason for refund, and any supporting evidence (screenshots if applicable).
Step 4: Wait for Response
We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and provide a decision within 3 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Before Payment
You may cancel your order at any time before completing the payment. Simply close the checkout page or do not complete the payment process.
4.2 After Payment
Since digital products are delivered instantly, cancellation after payment is treated as a refund request and is subject to our refund policy above.
4.3 Subscription Cancellation
If you have subscribed to any recurring service:
- You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- No refund for partial billing periods
- You retain access until the end of the paid period
5. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method:
- UPI Payments: Refund to the same UPI ID/linked bank account
- Net Banking: Refund to the same bank account
- Other Methods: As per payment gateway's refund process
We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to different payment methods.
6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be offered:
- Bundle purchases where only some products had issues
- Goodwill gestures for minor complaints
- Cases where the customer has already benefited from partial content
7. Exchange Policy
If you purchased the wrong product, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund:

- Exchange is for products of equal or lesser value
- Price difference for higher-value products must be paid
